The freedom to live well

Based on positive psychology, the program «Psyche stärken» (empower yourself) offers seminars, individual counselling and project support for companies and organizations in government, social services and health care. It also provides courses and coaching for private individuals wanting to:

– stay mentally healthy
– manage stress and prevent burnout

«Psyche stärken» delivers professionalism and dedication, representing almost thirty years of work in health promotion, ten years of it in the field of mental health, based on scientific evidence and effective in practice.

Michèle Bowley showed great transcultural competence at our information events to reinforce wellbeing. She adapted the stimulus very competently and professionally to the life situation of the audience, both among the Turkish migrants on behalf of the specialist unit for migrants in Zug (Fachstelle Migration Zug) and among the asylum seekers and refugees at the transit station for asylum seekers (Durchgangsstation Asyl Steinhausen). In this way she provided an initial access to the topic of mental health and provided concrete tips for everyday life.
