Update Instructions or automatic updater?

    Hi there,
    I got an email from ThemeForest, that the update is ready to install. But when I log in to WordPress, it says, that there is no update available and I got the latest … Installed is 5.7. Is there an automatic update or do I have to update manually? If I have to, are there any instructions available? I only got a bunch of files in the download folder from the unpacked zip.
